Business Development
Business Development:   We maintain our mission, which includes finding a contractor or service professional fast, free and easy. We are always seeking additional professionals that can further business development for the following divisions:
· Homeowner division
· General contractor division
· Property managers division
· Real estate agents and agencies division
· Insurance companies division
· Manufacturers and suppliers division
· Developers, investors and property owners division

Having a background within the following divisions and within the building and construction industry will be a huge plus in consideration of the position.

 
Customer Service
Customer Service Representative:   The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing all customer support activities within the company. This will include pre-sales, billing questions, accounts and technical support. The candidate will be responsible for solving customer account issues in a fast paced environment ranging from billing questions to technical support of purchased advertising and technology services. The right candidate will be able to act & respond as the end-customer’s advocate, not only in resolving issues, but also ensuring that the customer has the right product/service to meet their needs & requirements.

Main responsibilities will include the following:
· Ability to respond to customers’ telephone or email queries regarding problems.
· Determine the nature and likely causes of the problem, recommends corrective action and guides the customer through the necessary steps.
· Provide post-sales and customer account support to ensure that the customer is continuously satisfied with the product purchased.
· Assists Company by testing products and reporting any known problems.
· Recommends solutions where appropriate to better meet customer needs.
· Trains coworkers on servicing of products and procedures.

Requirements:
· Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a sales/Internet/customer support related environment, providing support to customers over the phone and via email (candidates with knowledge of the construction industry will be given preference)
· Knowledge of basic Windows tools (Office, etc.) and Internet technologies – email clients, web browsers, FTP and web design software
· Sales background a HUGE asset
· Able to think outside the box

 
Internet Technology
Senior Programmer:   Everycontractor is always encouraging its employees and outside contractors to find their limits, reach them and then go beyond and build a career that is rewarding and satisfying in the Internet technology division. We are always seeking business minded developers and programmers who possess expertise in MSSQL Server, Asp.Net (VB.NET), Classic ASP, Ajax, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or XML/XSLT.

Inside Sales - Resalers:   Seeking additional Qualified Reloaders to handle over 26,000 existing customers. We now have too many fresh paids for our current resalers to handle and are seeking additional reps that are looking to settle down in a corporation.

Website Development
Senior Web Designers:   Everycontractor is seeking designers that are proficient HTML 4.x, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Flash, JavaScript. The candidate must have exceptional design and visualization skills with the ability to work independently to develop unique prototype designs or frameworks for clients.

• Min 2-3 yrs. experience required.
• Must have knowledge and capability to handle the full life cycle of a project.

Website Development - Manager:   Website Development - Manager
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the following areas:

· Website design and development
· Strong graphic design skills
· Must be comfortable working with JavaScript and ASP driven web sites.
· Experience with Macromedia Flash
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent verbal skills
· Must work well under pressure
· Must be able to meet deadlines
· Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
· In depth knowledge of search engine optimization
· Willingness to speak with customers on issues related to the department.
· Willingness to learn new systems and technology
· Must be a team player and work well with others
· Must be able to work 40 to 50 hours a week at our office located in Las Vegas, NV
